How to enable OpenAlias/DNSSEC for the Core Wallet

For OpenAlias sending to work on the Core wallet you need something called DNSSEC enabled on your computer, it’s similar to HTTPS and prevents third parties from tampering with what your computer sees when it resolves an OpenAlias address into a NavCoin address.
